Harrison School is in the initial stages of planning its inaugural trip to Europe. The trip is being planned for late September to early October of 2019 and is targeted at French and Italian language students in years 8-10.
The purpose of the trip is to provide language students with the opportunity to immerse themselves in the language and culture of both France and Italy. The tour will commence in Paris and continue through Lyon and Annecy before moving onto Milan, Florence and finishing in Rome.
There will be a variety of authentic activities and experiences planned for the duration of the trip. Highlights include day trips to Versailles in France and Pompeii in Italy as well as a cooking class in Italy, an art class in France and language workshops along the way.
An official expression of interest will be sent out Week 1, Term 3. For more information please contact Andrea Kemp (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Clare Warwick (email@example.com) by email or by phone on (02) 6142 2200.
